Rules that apply to bookings, treatments, payments, and website use

These Terms and Conditions apply when you visit the Feet Finesse website, book an appointment, purchase a gift voucher, contact the business, or receive a treatment. By using the website or booking a service, you agree to these terms.

1. About Feet Finesse

Feet Finesse is a boutique spa and beauty service provider based in Karachi, Pakistan. Services may include reflexology, massage, facials, waxing, nail care, beauty treatments, and related wellness services. Available services, prices, duration, staff availability, and operating hours may change without prior notice.

2. Appointment Bookings

Appointments may be requested through the website, telephone, WhatsApp, social media, or directly at the premises. An appointment request is not confirmed until Feet Finesse provides confirmation. Customers must provide accurate contact and booking information. Walk in customers may be accepted subject to availability, while confirmed appointments may receive priority.

3. Arrival and Late Attendance

Customers should arrive on time or a few minutes before their scheduled appointment. Late arrival may reduce the treatment duration to avoid delaying other customers. The full service price may still apply where the allocated appointment time cannot be extended. If a customer arrives significantly late, Feet Finesse may reschedule or cancel the appointment.

4. Cancellations and Rescheduling

Customers should notify Feet Finesse as early as possible if they need to cancel or reschedule. Any cancellation fee, advance payment requirement, or refund condition will be communicated during booking. Repeated missed appointments may result in future bookings requiring advance payment.

5. Prices and Payments

Current prices will be displayed on the website, shared during booking, or confirmed at the premises. Feet Finesse may change prices, packages, and offers at any time. A price change will not normally affect a confirmed and prepaid appointment unless an obvious pricing error occurred. Available payment methods may include cash and major credit or debit cards.

6. Promotions and Packages

Promotions, discounts, and packages are available for the stated period only, cannot be exchanged for cash, and may not be combined with another offer unless clearly stated. They may apply only to selected services, dates, staff members, or appointment times and remain subject to availability. Feet Finesse may correct or withdraw an offer published with an obvious error.

7. Gift Vouchers

Gift vouchers are subject to the validity period and conditions stated when purchased. They cannot normally be exchanged for cash. Lost, stolen, damaged, or unauthorized vouchers may not be replaced unless valid purchase information can be verified. If a selected service costs more than the voucher value, the customer must pay the remaining balance.

8. Health Information and Customer Responsibility

Customers must disclose relevant medical conditions, allergies, sensitivities, injuries, infections, pregnancy, medication, recent surgery, skin conditions, and previous adverse reactions before treatment. Feet Finesse may refuse, adjust, postpone, or stop a treatment where it may be unsuitable or unsafe. Treatments are provided for relaxation, beauty, and general wellness purposes and are not a substitute for professional medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment.

9. Treatment Results

Results can differ between customers due to skin type, health, lifestyle, aftercare, and individual response. Feet Finesse does not guarantee a specific result unless expressly confirmed in writing. Customers must follow any aftercare guidance provided by the therapist.

10. Personal Belongings

Customers are responsible for their personal belongings while visiting Feet Finesse. Feet Finesse will not be responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged items unless the loss resulted directly from proven negligence by Feet Finesse.

11. Customer Conduct

Customers must treat staff members and other visitors respectfully. Harassment, threats, abusive language, inappropriate behaviour, illegal activity, or deliberate property damage will not be accepted. Feet Finesse may stop a treatment, refuse service, or ask a customer to leave where necessary.

12. Refusal of Service

Feet Finesse may refuse or discontinue a service if the treatment may present a health or safety risk, the customer has provided incomplete or inaccurate health information, the customer behaves inappropriately, the requested service is unavailable, or continuing treatment would be unsafe or unsuitable.

13. Website Information

We try to keep website information accurate and current. However, service descriptions, prices, images, availability, and operating hours may occasionally contain errors or become outdated. Website images are for presentation purposes and may not represent exact treatment results.

14. Intellectual Property

The Feet Finesse name, logo, website content, photographs, graphics, and original written material belong to Feet Finesse or are used with permission. They may not be copied, modified, reproduced, or used commercially without written permission.

15. External Links

The website may contain links to external services or social media platforms. Feet Finesse does not control these platforms and is not responsible for their content, availability, security, or privacy practices.

16. Limitation of Liability

To the extent permitted by applicable law, Feet Finesse will not be responsible for indirect or unexpected loss resulting from use of the website or services. Nothing in these terms excludes responsibility that cannot legally be excluded, including responsibility arising from fraud, deliberate misconduct, or proven negligence.

17. Privacy

Personal information is handled according to the Feet Finesse Privacy Policy included in this document and published on the website.

18. Governing Law

These Terms and Conditions are governed by the applicable laws of Pakistan. Any dispute will be subject to the jurisdiction of the competent courts in Karachi, Pakistan.
